Scheduled monthly 50-minute legal clinic sessions with volunteer attorneys who specialize in arts and entertainment. Our volunteer attorneys can answer your questions about contracts, cease and desist letters, copyright, trademark, and other issues.
To be eligible for a clinic session, individual artists must have an annual income of less than $45,000. Non-profit creative organizations must have an annual budget of less than $100,000. Applicants must be an Oregon resident or an organization incorporated in Oregon.
Clinic appointments are generally held at a location in Downtown Portland (disclosed after registration and acceptance) but we can also occasionally provide phone consultations. All clinic sessions will be held on November 1, 2019 between 10am - 5pm.
*A $20 administrative fee is required if your matter is accepted for consultation. Payment is due by the time of consultation.
